About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team at our Bury Learning Disability Service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their life goals and participate fully in their local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Provide respectful and dignified personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks, to ensure the well-being and comfort of our service users.
  • Community Involvement: Assist service users to participate in community activities, promoting social inclusion and helping them to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Work flexibly in shifts, including weekends and waking nights, to meet the needs of our service users and ensure a consistent level of support.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and sustain warm, trusting relationships with service users, their families, and involved professionals, to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
