We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Registered Nurses in developing and delivering personalized care plans for patients.
  • Provide support with personal care needs, mobility, nutritional care, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience.
  • Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English and Maths Grade D-G).
  • Care Certificate.
  • Experience of working as a Care Support Worker or equivalent in a Health or Social care setting.
  • Good communication, basic IT, and organizational skills.
