About the Role:

The Intensive Support Service is designed to offer tailored supported living solutions for adults aged 18 and over who face challenges related to learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, and complex needs.

This service operates around the clock, employing a trauma-informed and case management approach to facilitate support and promote greater independence within the community for three individuals. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will receive guidance and support from the support coordinator and service manager.

The individuals admitted to this service have been identified through a national initiative aimed at transforming care.

Initially, staff members will be required to work flexibly between the Registered Office, service locations, and existing care provisions to ensure a seamless transition for service users into their new living arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

In your capacity as a Relief Care Assistant, you will assist residents with various tasks, including shopping, cooking or baking, household chores, and personal care needs, while also supporting them in achieving their unique personal goals. You will thrive in a structured and calm environment that caters to the specific requirements of each service user.
