Key Responsibilities of the Relief Support Worker:

  • Delivering dignified personal care along with practical and emotional assistance,
  • Encouraging Service Users to engage with the local community,
  • Exhibiting flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and waking nights,
  • Building and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service users,
  • Cooperating with colleagues, families, and other professionals to provide a cohesive and consistent service.

This gratifying position requires adaptability, and prior experience is essential. One of the advantages of joining Creative Support as a Relief/Bank staff member is the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your schedule and work in nearby services. We cover the cost of a DBS check for all employees and offer a complimentary uniform when necessary. Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.
