We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at NHS Highland. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy services to children and young people across Argyll and Bute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex caseload of paediatric patients, providing individualized physiotherapy plans and interventions.
  • Lead and manage a small team of paediatric physiotherapists, providing guidance, support, and supervision.
  • Develop and implement physiotherapy services and programs to meet the needs of children and young people in Argyll and Bute.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of physiotherapy policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in paediatric physiotherapy, with a strong focus on community-based services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families.
