About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts related to our cutting-edge defense technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure, including drafting, negotiation, and administration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, procurement, and legal, to ensure contractual compliance and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential contractual issues.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract management within the defense or aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract drafting and administration tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
