Contract Administration Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Officer to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a Commercial Officer, you will play a critical role in managing contracts and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, identifying and implementing contract revisions, and organizing and maintaining contract files.
- Commercial Operations: You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure the flow down of prime contract commercial requirements to suppliers.
- Stakeholder Management: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Risk Management: You will identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and commercial operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: You will have experience in a similar contracts management role, preferably in the aerospace and defence industry.
- Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of commercial and contract models, as well as risk management principles.
- Skills: You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
