About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Capita. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality training solutions to the Royal Navy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits and assessments of training materials to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Analysis Dashboard to track key performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.
- Populate control check findings and ensure timely correction and completion.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product that meets the customer's needs.
- Conduct post-course discussions with students to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Auditing role.
- ISO 9001/14001 or DSAT auditor qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous knowledge of the military is beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Visio (or equivalent software packages) to manipulate data and present statistical information.
- Ability to obtain SC clearance.
