We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Calibration Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a key member of our instrumentation and calibration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement and diagnostic equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) and nucleonic Radiation Detection & Monitoring Equipment (RDME) to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain safe working practices and procedures in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver calibration training courses for both civilian and naval personnel, covering various calibration parameters and disciplines.
- Participate in measurement audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Produce high-quality documentation and procedures for new calibration systems, including hard and soft copy formats.
- Experience in instrumentation and calibration procedures, theory, techniques, and processes (Mechanical).
- Knowledge of safe systems of work and risk assessments.
- Experience in a quality assurance background.
- Excellent documentation skills, including reading and writing procedures.
