About the Role

As a Beauty Expert, you'll be the heart of our stores and counters, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll combine your artistry skills with product knowledge and a passion for building lasting connections with our customers.

  • You'll work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
  • You'll build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role.
  • You'll champion world-class artistry and customer experiences, serving as a brand ambassador and passing on your knowledge to customers.
  • You'll adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive stratospheric success.
  • You'll maintain our company grooming standards, knowing what good looks like and being proud to display it.
About You
  • You'll ideally have an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy and experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll be passionate about beauty and eager to be part of a brand that disrupts the industry and continues to grow.
  • You'll have experience applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers' needs.
