About Your Role

You will lead and engage your team with our unique vision, demonstrating the ability to recruit and train top talent for expert artistry and sales success. You will be a dynamic and inspirational leader, guiding and supporting your team to achieve all sales and operational targets.

You will create and drive magical customer experiences by building genuine emotional connections. You will think limitlessly, daring to dream and do it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly and monthly productivity reporting to the Field Sales Manager
  • Drive sales success through motivation of the team to hit daily and monthly KPI targets
  • Lead a high-performing team through daily briefs, performance 121 meetings, and general line management
  • Manage monthly rota scheduling, payroll budgeting, and forecasting
  • Work with host store partners and senior stakeholders to ensure brand compliance
  • Monitor stock levels and provide proactive counsel to the Field Sales Manager
  • Develop people planning, talent management, and succession planning strategies
  • Act with integrity when dealing with complex people matters
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process and provide a magical candidate experience
  • Identify training needs and provide feedback on advancement opportunities
  • Drive business KPI performance to achieve market-leading results
  • Ensure the best customer experience is delivered, embedding the magic service methodology
  • Own counter metrics and unlock steps to manage future risks and opportunities
  • Think limitlessly with a plan for the calendar year, considering New Product Launches and market impacts
  • Propose plans, events, and other limitless activity to unlock commercial success
  • Adhere to health and safety guidance and execute flawless grooming standards
  • Naturally creative, seeking innovative ways to overperform and deliver
