Key Responsibilities- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
- Build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role.
- Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, serving as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and passing on your knowledge to customers.
- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive stratospheric success.
- Follow company grooming standards to a tee, knowing what good looks like and being confident in displaying it.
We're looking for someone with:
- An NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to be part of a brand that disrupts the status quo.
- Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to meet the needs of diverse customers.
