About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Artist who embodies our values and can drive targets through building lasting customer relationships and showcasing exceptional artistry. As a Lead Artist, you'll be a true brand ambassador, combining artistry and commerce to deliver results at retail artist level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
  • Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating strong product knowledge
  • Be proactive in booking appointments and maximising every consultation
  • Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience, driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities
  • Be an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry and giving on-the-spot coaching and feedback to develop Retail Artists
  • Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury's makeup style, language, and expertise in product knowledge
  • Drive masterclasses and event activity in-store, ensuring appointments are fully booked
  • Bring active support and initiative for counter events and new product launches, sharing ideas
  • Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards, reflecting your makeup look and adhering to Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines

About You

  • Passionate about the Charlotte Tilbury brand
  • Engaging and personable
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced artist with a proven track record in driving personal sales
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Social media presence
  • Experience in managing and planning in-store events
