Your Role:

As a Project Management Associate, you will collaborate closely with a Project Director to effectively oversee and execute capital investment initiatives. This position entails offering client-side project management assistance throughout all phases of the project delivery lifecycle, from preliminary studies and option development to construction tender support and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client-side project management, including stakeholder engagement, scheduling, and contract oversight.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, both new and existing.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and members of the multidisciplinary project team.
  • Lead the execution of Project Management assignments, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Ensure the timely and quality delivery of project management outputs in accordance with established standards.
  • Oversee the coordination and approval of all management information produced by the project management team prior to dissemination.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they receive relevant training.
  • Engage in business development initiatives with existing and prospective clients, identifying and acting on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage the preparation of tender documents, evaluations, and negotiations.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • A relevant degree or professional qualification (preferably MRICS).
  • Experience in a similar consultancy or relevant business environment.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts.

Desirable:

  • APM affiliation preferred as a secondary accreditation.
  • Local residency or willingness to relocate is advantageous.
