About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and developing our care assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to care assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience in care leadership or management, preferably in a residential care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care
  • NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
