About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at Basingfield Court Residential Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of personalized care to our residents, while promoting a positive and supportive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of Care Assistants in delivering exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the unique needs and preferences of each resident are met
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and engaging environment, promoting social interaction and leisure activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
