Position Overview

McLaren Resourcing is looking for a dedicated Project Coordination Assistant to support our team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will perform various tasks under the guidance of both operational and commercial teams:

  • Provide assistance to Project Managers with overall project administration.
  • Contribute to the production and completion of quality assurance documentation.
  • Update essential construction documents in collaboration with project teams.
Support for Commercial and Quantity Surveying Teams

Additionally, you will aid the Commercial and Quantity Surveying staff with account management:

  • Manage payroll processes.
  • Oversee the administration and management of subcontractors.
  • Receive training and support aimed at your professional development, with the potential for advancement to a senior position within the organization, whether in commercial or operational capacities.
  • A solid understanding of electrical systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence is required.
  • Demonstrate strong IT capabilities, particularly in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Exhibit effective time management skills and the flexibility to travel for work as necessary.
