McLaren Resourcing is looking for a dedicated Project Coordination Assistant to support our team in a permanent, full-time capacity.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will perform various tasks under the guidance of both operational and commercial teams:
- Provide assistance to Project Managers with overall project administration.
- Contribute to the production and completion of quality assurance documentation.
- Update essential construction documents in collaboration with project teams.
Additionally, you will aid the Commercial and Quantity Surveying staff with account management:
- Manage payroll processes.
- Oversee the administration and management of subcontractors.
- Receive training and support aimed at your professional development, with the potential for advancement to a senior position within the organization, whether in commercial or operational capacities.
- A solid understanding of electrical systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence is required.
- Demonstrate strong IT capabilities, particularly in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Exhibit effective time management skills and the flexibility to travel for work as necessary.
