Project Coordination Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Engineer to join our team at First Recruitment Group - IT. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Basingstoke, offering up to 12 days/month of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and budget plans.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor and report project progress, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with up to 12 days/month of remote work.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
