Project Coordination Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Engineer to join our team at First Recruitment Group - IT. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Basingstoke, offering up to 12 days/month of remote work.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with the engineering team to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, and ensure they have the necessary resources and training.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in an engineering or technical field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
