Role Responsibilities:
The position will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities within the accounts department, including:
1. Management of accounts receivable and payable
2. Oversight of credit control and handling of overdue payments
3. Administration of payroll and daily financial operations

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and be adept at managing daily financial transactions from start to finish. Previous supervisory experience within a small team is preferred.

Candidate Profile:

Key Skills:
- Proficient in reconciling financial statements and issuing payment reminders
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Experience with reporting and maintaining internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of expenses, timesheets, and payroll processes
- Proven experience as an Accounts Coordinator
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, with familiarity in Sage 50 accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to generate and present detailed reports and accurately process numerical data.
