RSW are looking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator for their client, a specialist manufacturer based on the outskirts of Cardiff. Due to the location, the successful candidate MUST be able to drive and have their own transport. Excellent progression opportunities available for the right candidate.

Job Purpose:

* Drive the planning, management, and delivery of projects in line with the company’s strategy and values.

* Cultivate strong relationships with key contacts within project-based client businesses.

* Advocate early project planning, phasing, and forecasting.

* Maintain orderly and updated project-related documentation and information.

* Communicate with all relevant internal departments to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of project-based sales, including feedback for improvements.

* Comply with the company’s policies and procedures, particularly in respect of Quality, Health and Safety, Housekeeping, Environment, and Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate pre-contract supplier qualification responses for project-based sales.

Manage project tender enquiries.

Handle project related information with confidentiality.

Serve as the primary contact for project-based ‘on-site’ clients.

Monitor customer accounts to ensure credit limit is sufficient for project size.

Facilitate the processing of ‘quotations’ and ‘drawings for approval’ through internal support departments while managing client expectations.

Manage the recording of ‘Status A’ DFA sign-off.

Perform manual amendment of Drawings for approval – using AutoCAD Software.

Manage project cost variations.

Track and record all relevant variations to project orders, ensuring all variations are updated within the customer’s purchase order.

Liaise with key stakeholders within Eurobond Doors to ensure project delivery, post-order.

Coordinate phasing and project tracker.

Manage the creation of project orders with agreed delivery dates suitable for both parties.

Key Skills:

* Strong influencing and communication skills at all levels within an organisation.

* Ability to manage a high volume of work, short deadlines, and problem-solve.

* Solid understanding of providing solutions and following best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Knowledge of the Construction market.

* Experience within the Doors industry is desirable though not essential.

Salary £27k

Working hours are 7:30 – 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30 – 2 pm on a Friday.
