Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness Consultant to enhance our leisure centre's vibrant atmosphere. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance on fitness strategies and engaging and effective gym appointments, both 1:1 and in groups, to help our members achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fitness programs that cater to diverse member needs
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to members
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and motivating environment
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services

Requirements

  • Level 2 fitness qualification
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Drive to motivate and inspire others
