Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness Consultant to enhance our leisure centre's vibrant atmosphere. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance on fitness strategies and engaging and effective gym appointments, both 1:1 and in groups, to help our members achieve their health goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fitness programs that cater to diverse member needs
- Provide personalized coaching and guidance to members
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and motivating environment
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services
Requirements
- Level 2 fitness qualification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Drive to motivate and inspire others
