Key Responsibilities:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Print Room Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming requests in a high-volume print environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment. While prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite:
  • Provide a high-quality Print Room service to clients, ensuring adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.
  • Quickly and effectively address operational challenges to maintain optimal service delivery.
  • Establish strong relationships with users, managing their expectations and resolving straightforward operational issues to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Execute the specific job profile tailored to site requirements, aligning with business needs and client expectations.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed to the highest standards, maintaining customer confidentiality and meeting deadlines, SLAs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Comply with all Ricoh UK policies and procedures, including adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
  • Ensure site compliance with Ricoh's Service Excellence methodology.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Desirable experience in a print room environment, though not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment and adaptability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
