Role Overview

We are pleased to announce a new opportunity at Ricoh for a Print Room Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming requests within a dynamic print environment, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. While prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite:

  • Provide a high-quality Print Room service to clients, ensuring adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Quickly and effectively address operational challenges to guarantee the most efficient service delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with users, managing their expectations and resolving immediate operational issues to uphold superior customer service standards.
  • Execute the specific job profile tailored to site requirements, aligning with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed to the highest standards, maintaining customer confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and complying with SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Adhere to all Ricoh UK policies and procedures, including compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
  • Ensure site compliance with Ricoh's Service Excellence methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a print room setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude.
  • Demonstrated commitment and adaptability.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
