Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Site Services Specialist to join our team at Ricoh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming requests in a busy print room, working independently to fulfill orders in a timely manner, and ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an efficient Print Room service to customers, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Help solve operational problems quickly and efficiently to ensure the most efficient service is provided.
  • Build relationships with users and manage their perception and expectations, including resolving immediate/simple operational problems to ensure the best levels of customer service are delivered.
  • Deliver the attached job profile, specific to site requirements, to meet business needs and client expectations.
  • Ensure all work carried out is to the highest quality, meeting customer confidentiality, customer deadlines, SLAs, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Follow and adhere to all Ricoh UK policies and procedures, including compliance with all Ricoh Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure the site is compliant and adheres to the Ricoh Service Excellence methodology.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a print room role is desirable but not essential.
  • IT literacy is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment and flexibility.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work on a variety of items simultaneously.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
