Job Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Site Manager, respond to Academy evacuations, including fire alarms
- Review CCTV footage in conjunction with the Site Manager and respond to requests from the Senior Leadership Team to view and record footage
- Be proactive in relation to access to the site by contractors and visitors and for deliveries
- Direct workmen and contractors to the sites of repair and maintenance work
- Carry out weekly checks on fire equipment, including fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and call points
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS certificate
- Good knowledge of general maintenance
