Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm, subject to change during term time

Job Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Site Manager, respond to Academy evacuations, including fire alarms



  • Review CCTV footage in conjunction with the Site Manager and respond to requests from the Senior Leadership Team to view and record footage
  • Be proactive in relation to access to the site by contractors and visitors and for deliveries
  • Direct workmen and contractors to the sites of repair and maintenance work
  • Carry out weekly checks on fire equipment, including fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and call points



Requirements:

Enhanced DBS certificate



  • Good knowledge of general maintenance
