Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our Service Engineering team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of PLC and CNC controlled processing machinery across various industries.

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work independently and collaboratively with our clients to identify and resolve technical issues with their equipment. You will also provide expert advice on preventative maintenance and ongoing support to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fault-finding and repairing CNC or PLC machinery, including packaging, CNC machine tools, processing, and manufacturing machines.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as programming languages such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Rockwell.

We are ideally looking for someone based within a 40-mile radius of St Neots, Cambridgeshire. This includes areas such as Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Peterborough, Huntingdon, and Kettering.
