About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager for Digital Packaging to drive the growth of our digital packaging solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of commercial experts, overseeing sales processes, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in digital packaging by leveraging your expertise in digital printing and flexible packaging.
  • Oversee Sales Operations: Manage and optimize the sales process, ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and building lasting partnerships.
  • Manage Sales-Related Activities: Oversee sales-related activities, including inventory and receivables, ensuring that all aspects of the sales process are handled effectively.
  • Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the industry, expanding our client base and driving growth.
  • Contribute to Budget Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, contributing to budget planning and strategizing for regional growth.
  • Provide Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the packaging industry, with a strong preference for digital printing expertise.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales with a strong background in building valuable client relationships.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in people management is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and openness to new ideas from diverse regions and companies.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to influence, coordinate, and liaise across functions and countries, with a strategic mindset to drive growth and align with key account requirements.
