We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at SERV Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes to our clients across EMEA.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary relationship owner for key EMEA-based clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the go-to contact for all areas, from technical integration, product implementation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with our account, product, and technical delivery teams to drive customer success.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to reflect the value customers derive from our products.
  • Identify and leverage upsell opportunities, discussing them directly with customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Background in a tech B2B company with a SaaS product.
  • Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.
  • Prior experience in onboarding, project management, or training.
  • Genuine passion for the sports industry.
