Overview
Nomad Foods is embarking on an exciting journey of significant growth and transformation. To support this initiative, we have launched Project Rubix, aimed at implementing a streamlined Commercial Planning Process and Platform across all 13 markets. The goal of Rubix is to unlock commercial value through standardized processes, optimized trade spending and promotions, and enhanced commercial decision-making.
This project will establish a unified approach to commercial decision-making and forecasting, encompassing both volume and value aspects. It represents a highly visible and intricate change management initiative that will unfold over the next two years across various markets and our Head Office.
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the active markets in adapting to these changes, reinforcing established processes and methodologies, while also ensuring that the system remains current and accurate.
Responsibilities
The Rubix Sales Support Specialist will be accountable for managing their designated responsibilities, collaborating with the market team (Nordics – sales, demand, RGM, and finance), and effectively engaging with the business to resolve challenges.
Data Management:
Accurately input complex data provided by markets into the system, utilizing both manual and automated methods. Maintain a keen attention to detail to adhere to established rules and processes for data entry. Follow agreed-upon processes with each market to meet critical business deadlines. Proactively challenge data discrepancies and escalate issues to local teams as necessary.System Testing:
Develop, execute, and document testing protocols using Nomad systems. Collaborate with the project team to ensure comprehensive testing of all system modifications. Become a subject matter expert on the system to assure quality and accuracy. Compile issues for resolution and monitor the progress of identified concerns. Document testing outcomes and work with the broader team to ensure compliance and auditability.Reporting:
Take ownership of the Excel reporting generated by the project. Ensure timely updates and distribution of reports to all key stakeholders. Collaborate with the project team to implement enhancements to processes and outputs.Qualifications
Essential
A-level or equivalent qualifications. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and project teams. Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive. Proficiency in English (the project language).Desirable
University degree. Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management systems.-
