About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and other senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements and new initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Support Specialist or in a similar role.
