Job Description

**About the Role**

Juul Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Order Management Specialist to join our UK team. As a key member of our Global Logistics function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our UK supply and sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage end-to-end order management and fulfillment processes to meet deadlines and ensure on-time project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Operations, Planning, Quality, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate supply and demand forecasts, ensuring inventory levels are accurately maintained.
  • Coordinate with our local 3PL provider to fulfill orders on time and in full.
  • Implement and adhere to B2B inventory allocation planning.
  • Manage daily warehouse and 3PL communication and management.
  • Lead and conduct physical inventory audits as necessary.
  • Review and analyze warehousing and freight invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain internal reporting and analytics to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to comprehend, extract, and analyze information from various data sources for reporting and decision-making.
  • Project management skills, including organizational, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with global cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of standard ERP customer order management and systems applications, including systems administration.
  • Understanding of customer EDI integration and platform management.
  • Ability to drive aggressive implementation plans and schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of 3PL and logistical practices, business operations, systems, performance metrics (KPI) management, and problem-solving.
