About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administrative processing of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and confirm receipt.
  • Verify order confirmations from manufacturers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Meet with project managers to gather project details and coordinate with logistics partners for seamless delivery and installation.
  • Complete financial closing of orders to ensure accuracy in billing and payment.
  • Register purchase orders and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Prepare necessary delivery receipts, logistics paperwork, and procurement trackers.
  • Provide on-site presence for project delivery and installation when required to ensure smooth operations.
  • Update statistics and team sales reports to track performance.
  • Follow up on the validation of purchase orders and supplier invoices if necessary.
  • Handle customer invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Onboard new suppliers and ensure their compliance with Company standards.

Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of the Office package.
  • Excellent command of the English language (reading, speaking, and writing).
  • Understanding of software systems and including Microsoft Office projects or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years within order management.
