About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Order Management Specialist to join our team at Monotype DACH. This individual will be responsible for processing orders, communicating with internal and external customers, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Sales Orders: Review customer quotes, contracts, and usage reports to create accurate sales orders in our point of sale system.
  • Billing and Documentation Support: Collaborate with sales teams to collect necessary tax documents and purchase orders for accurate customer invoicing.
  • Asset Delivery: Ensure purchased digital assets are delivered to customers and invoices reflect accurate details.
  • Invoice Management: Guarantee that customers receive correct invoices, including setting up and submitting them through customer procurement portals as needed.
  • Financial Support: Assist the finance team with tasks such as payments, collections, returns, credits, and rebilling on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate, continually seeking ways to improve the purchasing experience and add value.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Associate degree or equivalent work experience, with 1-3 years in a similar role.
  • CRM & System Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems; experience with CPQ systems and order entry applications is a plus.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with sales and finance teams.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and native French (required).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly in response to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Team-Oriented: Positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
