Job Title: Order to Cash Transformation Lead

Altum Consulting is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Transformation Lead to spearhead a 6-month S4 Hana implementation project aimed at revolutionising our client's Order to Cash (OTC) processes within their European Shared Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the S4 Hana implementation project for OTC transformation, ensuring seamless alignment of financial operations and technology infrastructure.
  • Drive the adoption of cloud-based solutions, RPA, and data analytics to digitise OTC processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced costs.
  • Analyse existing OTC processes and identify areas for improvement through technology, automation, and best practices, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to design and implement future-state OTC processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Lead the business change management process to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes, resulting in minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Foster buy-in and alignment with transformation goals among key stakeholders, ensuring a unified vision and commitment to success.
  • Deliver training and communication to ensure teams understand and adopt new processes, technologies, and roles, leading to improved productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to optimize ERP systems (e.g., S4 Hana) and other OTC-related tools, ensuring maximum ROI and business value.
  • Integrate OTC processes into end-to-end supply chain automation, resulting in enhanced visibility, control, and agility.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading OTC transformation projects globally, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Experience of delivering ERP system implementations or optimisations (SAP a plus), with a deep understanding of financial operations and technology infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage resistance to change and ensure successful adoption of new processes, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Results-driven, organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex business environments.
  • Strong background in SSC transformation relating to OTC processes, with a deep understanding of business change management and process improvement.
  • Proactive approach to communication, providing regular and detailed updates to help guide stakeholders through change, ensuring transparency and trust.
