National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a range of accounts within the grocery channel, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth targets
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, including at least one of the Top 4 grocery accounts
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement effective plans to achieve results
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a sales or account management role within the consumer goods sector
  • Proven track record of sales growth and account management success
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with sales data analysis
