Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join our team at Air Partner, a leading international aviation services group. As an Operations Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of our services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate flight schedules, crew rosters, and other operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and respond to live operational occurrences, including weather and NOTAM updates, to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with other departments and external agents to manage the daily flying programme and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide reports and updates to management as required, using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to support operational activities.
- Proven experience in aviation operations, flight dispatch, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Flexibility to work a shift system that may change at short notice due to technical or weather issues.
- FAA Dispatch Licence or equivalent.
- Crew Rostering experience.
- Extensive knowledge of ASL flight monitoring systems.
- Experience within a commercial airline operations department.
- Working knowledge of CAP371 FTLs.
