Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Organize and manage daily schedules for drivers and routes, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.
    • Communicate with schools, parents, and drivers to confirm pick-up and drop-off times, and make adjustments as needed in response to changes or emergencies.
  • Compliance Management:
    • Ensure all drivers have up-to-date certifications and background checks, and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.
    • Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, ensuring our transportation service meets the highest standards.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
    • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required, providing valuable insights into our operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role, with a focus on operations and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
