About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join our team at Air Partner, a leading international aviation services group. As an Operations Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate flight schedules, crew rosters, and other operational activities to ensure seamless execution of our services.
  • Monitor and respond to live operational occurrences, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external agents to manage the daily flying programme and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide reports and updates to management as required, ensuring timely and accurate communication of operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to support operational activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our operations remain compliant and efficient.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in aviation operations, flight dispatch, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Desirable skills include FAA Dispatch Licence, Crew Rostering experience, and knowledge of ASL flight monitoring systems.
