Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Air Partner. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of our aviation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crew rostering for all relevant flights
- Ensuring compliance with the company's Flight Time Limited (FTL) scheme
- Maintaining a flight watch on all flights during the shift
- Liaising with handling agents to keep them up to date with the daily schedule and any disruptions
- Monitoring flight plans and slots for all airports on the network
- Providing reports for the management team as required
- Inputting and updating spreadsheets relevant to flight safety
- Monitoring weather and NOTAM reports for all relevant destinations
Requirements:
- Good commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a shift system that can change at short notice due to technical or weather issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Well-organized and proactive approach to responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and to specific deadlines
Desirable Skills:
- FAA Dispatch Licence or equivalent
- Crew Rostering experience
- Extensive knowledge of ASL flight monitoring systems
- Experience within a commercial airline operations department
- Working knowledge of CAP371 FTLs
- Working experience in an OCC role with other airlines
