We are seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join our team at Air Partner, a leading international aviation services group. As an Operations Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate flight schedules, crew rosters, and other operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and respond to live operational occurrences, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external agents to manage the daily flying programme.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide reports and updates to management as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in aviation operations, flight dispatch, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • FAA Dispatch Licence or equivalent is desirable.
