Position Overview: This part-time temporary role is designed to provide essential support within the National Marketing (Fundraising) department of a leading charity organization.

Role Duration: The position is set for a limited duration, with the potential for extension based on organizational needs.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is £12.55.

Work Schedule: The role requires a commitment of 21 hours per week, allowing flexibility in choosing workdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary contact for supporter inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives to facilitate the execution of National Marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in tasks such as data verification, delivery, artwork assessment, basic content creation, and coordination with external partners.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key departments, including the Fundraising Support Centre and Supporter Donations Team.
  • Manage financial documentation, including coding invoices and updating expenditure and supporter databases.
  • Provide regular updates on National Marketing activities and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of central team documents, including performance trackers and expenditure reports.
  • Support the Head of National Marketing Fundraising in organizing meetings, team events, and away days.
  • Work with the Marketing team to implement social media strategies aimed at engaging and retaining supporters.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
  • A customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with basic knowledge of customer databases.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve team objectives.
