Fundraising Campaign Coordinator

About the Role
As Church Urban Fund continues to evolve its strategy and mission, securing fundraising income is crucial for supporting its programs and core operations. You will coordinate campaigns, direct marketing appeals, and other supporter communications to maximize the organization's income from individual and church giving. This role will report to the Head of Fundraising and Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising campaigns to engage supporters and increase income
- Manage supporter journeys and touchpoints to optimize relationships and retention
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to achieve income targets and goals
- Work closely with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Manage income and expenditure budgets to ensure financial sustainability
Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a similar role or industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with supporters and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
