Church Urban Fund is seeking a skilled Fundraising and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement fundraising campaigns and strategies to maximize income for Church Urban Fund.
- Develop and maintain relationships with supporters, donors, and stakeholders to secure funding and resources.
- Collaborate with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to develop and implement fundraising plans and strategies.
- Provide administrative support for fundraising events, appeals, and other activities.
- Monitor and analyze fundraising data to inform future strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and principles.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
- A hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of one day per week in the office.
- 22 days of annual leave plus 3 discretionary days and Bank Holidays.
