Are you driven by a desire to support charitable initiatives and enhance the lives of individuals in need? Our client, a prominent hospice organization, is looking for a Fundraising Campaign Coordinator to become a vital part of their enthusiastic and committed team.

In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing and expanding their legacy fundraising and in-memory donation programs, ensuring outstanding engagement with supporters and fostering long-term relationships.

This is a permanent opportunity with the option for a temporary-to-permanent arrangement, offering competitive pay based on experience. The role requires a commitment of 35.5 hours per week, with flexibility for part-time arrangements, and allows for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

Legacy Fundraising:

  • Formulate and execute the legacy fundraising strategy, enhancing awareness of bequests and increasing the number of individuals who consider our client in their estate planning.
  • Review, enhance, and oversee the development of legacy fundraising materials.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with potential free Will writing services.
  • Design and manage ongoing legacy communications across various channels.
  • Promote bequests throughout the organization and at events.
  • Create tailored donor journeys for legacy interactions, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.

In-Memory Giving:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to in-memory donations.
  • Oversee the creation of all materials and resources for in-memory fundraising.
  • Develop and manage donor journeys for in-memory contributions.
  • Research and innovate new in-memory events and offerings.
  • Establish relationships with funeral service providers to facilitate in-memory donations and collections.
  • Generate engaging content related to in-memory giving for newsletters and online platforms.
