Job Summary

Church Urban Fund is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a critical role in coordinating campaigns, direct marketing appeals, and other supporter communications to maximize Church Urban Fund's income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement fundraising campaigns and strategies to achieve income targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with supporters, donors, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to develop and implement fundraising plans
  • Monitor and analyze fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to supporters and donors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising and development, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with supporters and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
