Job Summary:

Harris Hill is seeking a highly skilled Events Fundraising Administrator to support our national charity in the lead up and during upcoming events. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the fundraising team by handling incoming inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with the coordination of fundraising events, including logistics, marketing, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Contribute to the development of fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fundraising, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
