Role Overview

We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Coordinator to assist in the management of contracts with designated suppliers. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and aiding supplier managers in evaluating performance, service delivery, and potential risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Shared Services Supplier Management team to oversee relationships with critical and high-risk suppliers.
  • Organize and facilitate governance meetings, manage risk, and conduct reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, addressing incidents and assessing performance and risk.
  • Ensure effective management of contracts.
  • Organize and prioritize workload, making activities visible for effective management.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and, when necessary, external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with third-party management frameworks or a willingness to learn.
  • Build trust and credibility through honesty and integrity.
