Role Overview

We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Coordinator to assist in the management of contracts with designated suppliers. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and supporting supplier managers in evaluating performance, service quality, and risk factors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Shared Services Supplier Management team in overseeing the complete supplier relationship for critical and high-risk suppliers.
  • Organize and facilitate governance meetings, manage documentation, and conduct risk assessments and reporting.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, addressing any incidents or performance issues, and assessing risk levels.
  • Ensure effective management of contracts and agreements.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain visibility on workload and project status.

Required Qualifications
