We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Coordinator to assist in the management of contracts with designated suppliers, collaborating with internal teams and aiding supplier managers in evaluating performance, service delivery, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Shared Services Supplier Management team in overseeing the complete relationship with a variety of suppliers categorized as critical, significant, or high-risk regarding the services they deliver to Tesco Bank.
  • Organize and facilitate governance meetings, manage administration, and handle risk assessment, reporting, and analysis.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers, addressing incidents and evaluating performance and risk.
  • Ensure effective management of contracts.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring visibility on the KanBan board for proper prioritization.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and, when necessary, external parties.
  • A genuine interest in understanding Tesco Bank's mission and operational areas.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to drive improvements and support others.
  • Familiarity with third-party management frameworks or a willingness to learn about compliance aspects.
